Most information is held by ACS SCIO, who are both the Data Controller and Data Processor.
Information gathered through the sports council affiliation scheme is held on a database hosted by the Secretary and Admin Support, therefore the Data Controller of the Data will be processed by ACS SCIO is the Data Processor.

Your information is being collected to use for the following purposes:
- Club full name, address and contact details (email, mobile or landline phone no) are collected from member clubs who affiliate regarding membership arrangements or any issues relating to their clubs membership of ACS SCIO or their activities e.g. Grants, Online Sports Directory, Newsletters,
- Club Membership information is collected annually from affiliated clubs and individuals as part of the Aberdeenshire Council organisational performance information required as part of the ACS SCIO Funding Agreement with the council
- Bank details are collected from member clubs to facilitate the payment of Direct Debit agreements to allow ACS SCIO to collect affiliation payments from the member clubs and individuals when they become due.
